Itinerary: Family tour - 4 days
Great family choice. Enjoy a full day in Safari Park Prigen. Enter with your own car, drive as slow or fast as you like. Followed by shows with and without animals. Enjoy the rides and the swimming pool. You will spend the first night at the Baobab Safari Resort, where you can feed giraffes near the swimming pool.
On your second day continue to Batu. An interesting mix of culture, nature and activities. Last but not least, See waterfalls and green bottled rice fields. Feel free at mount Bromo.

Safari, animal shows, rides, swimming pool and a cool hotel
The driver will pick you up in Surabaya. The earlier the better as you have more time to spend in the Safari Park. The drive to the park takes about 3 hours.
The first part of the park is a real safari. With your own car you go as fast or slow as you like. In the second part you can visit several animal shows, the kids can do all kinds of rides, and the swimming pool with the slides is inviting too.
In the afternoon you will check in at Baobab Safari Resort. A night safari, a camp fire, and story telling are some evening activities for the kids.
Waterfalls, rice fields, mount Banyak, and transport museum
Visit Batu; the refreshing village in the hills
After breakfast the mountain views from the swimming pool are inviting to take a last dive. After you have checked out, you will be heading to Batu. A 2 hours drive.
Visit Rondo waterfall and continue to Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul to have break in an inviting garden with mountain and sawah views, and many activities for kids.
After your break, you will be heading to mount Banyak. Among others: paragliding, wooden houses, langit park, goa pinus, rabbit park, etc.

Dino park, the artistic kampong Jodipan and mount Bromo

After breakfast head to Batu Secret Zoo (JaTim Park 2), a well maintained zoo with learning centers, a baby zoo, a fossil museum, a waterpark, and many attractions for both children and adults.
If time allows you to, you can visit the colorful and artistic Kampong Jodipan, also known under the name Warna-Warni.
If time isn't sufficient, you will diirecty drive to Cemara Lawang village. You might be on time to see the sunset over mount Bromo and its area.
Then it is time to check in at Cafe Lava Hotel.

Bromo sunrise tour: mount Pananjakan, Sea of Sand, Luhur Poten temple, mount Bromo, and the savanna
At 03:30 a Jeep is waiting in front of the hotel. You will drive to the famous viewpoint at Mt. Pananjakan. Sunrises can be marvelous.
When the sun has warmed you up, the adventure continues to mount Bromo. You will cross the volcanic ashen black Sea of Sand to park near the Hindu Pura Luhur temple. Then it is a 45 minutes walk one way to the top of the active volcano Bromo. You can hire a horse if you don't feel like walking (not included).
When back at the Jeep, we proceed to the "untouched" area of Mt. Bromo, also called "The Whispering Savanna".
Then the Jeep will bring you back to your hotel for breakfast. Take a refreshing shower before checking out.
You will be heading back to Surabaya or we can drop you in Malang.
